Beautiful in my homeBeautiful in my home.love love love... 5I bought this ottoman in January and was so happy with itI bought this ottoman in January and was so happy with it, I bought another in May.Unfortunately, the latest otto does not match the first one. The colors match but a lot less cording is being used now resulting in bulky knotting and greater space between the knots--it is no longer a tight weave. Additionally, there is less filling (otto is quite 'cushy') and overall, it is smaller than the original one. I will keep it as the ottomans are not sitting together so the differences are not immediately obvious. However, very disappointed that the manufacturer has 'downsized' on the construction materials. View picture - note that the smaller otto on the right has greater spacing between the knots - it's not a deal breaker but don't expect any quality control if you purchase more than 1 of these. 3It's snowing!Feel apart almost instantly. The white foam insides started leaking out in the first week. Looks nice but is poorly made. Pretty pricey for such a cheap product. 1Just ordered a second one after unpacking the first one!!I ordered the spa chocolate color which is a dark brown and light blue yarn spun together (in case you were wondering). It looks almost grayish or blue from a distance, depending on the light, and I m happy it blends right in with my existing decor. I m waiting for the rest of my new furniture to be delivered and this is an excellent foot rest and extra seat to fill the gap. I may be ordering several more. It s not a soft piece of furniture. It s quite firm and the yarn is more like a rope. If you are looking for something squishy, I would choose something else. So far my cats haven t even tried scratching on it. I was a little worried the rough surface imight encourage them to sharpen their claws on it. But so far, they re not interested! 5Five StarsI used this as a foot rest once or twice a day for about 3 months when it started leaking little foam balls. It was completely defective, but I liked it and so I asked the company for an exchange. They refused, citing a 30 day return policy. If a product is defective, the seller should have the integrity and pride in their product to exchange it for a new one. I am unhappy with my foam-ball-leaking ottoman and the seller's terrible customer service. 1Lasted for about a year...I was so excited about these poufs! I did a lot of shopping around for what I was looking for and these fit the bill perfectly. I loved them in my living room and they brought just the right amount of sophisticated play to the room. Unfortunately, it took less than a year and they've pretty much flattened out. I have to "fluff" them just about every day and they just look dilapidated. They're filled with newspaper or something, that doesn't really re-fluff. I was even willing to take out the stuffing and re-stuff them with something with more longevity, but I don't think I'd be able to close up the weaving again. When I first got these poufs, (I ordered two and both have had the same result) I would have given them 4-5 stars. I'm writing this review now because I just had to replace them and I bought them less than a year ago. If you're looking for a short-term, cute solution, these are a good find. If you're looking for something that will last you more than a year, I'd go for something else. They're also pretty low to the ground. They're not a true ottoman in the respect that your feet will be even with your couch...they're much squatter than that, especially as they droop with time. 2Lasted less then 3 months...**UPDATE** BUYER BEWARE!I contacted Orient Originals to explain the defective product I received less then 3 months ago and this was my response:Dear Customer,Due to the parameters of our Return Policy we regret that we are unable to honor your request for a return, replacement, or credit on your order. They look very nice ...however.. after using it for only 2.5-3 months, one is completely flat and leaking the "beans"... Obviously for around $60 they are one of the cheaper options out there. But they did not disappoint at all. I read all the reviews about being small, losing filling and flattening. We havent had them too long just over a week but I am thrilled. First off the Colors are spot on. The "green" is as pictured more of a mustard to gold which is what I was hoping for, i liked the image but was worried by the name. I also got the plum color which is not overly bright a nice rich jewel tone. The size is small I guess as far as it will not be the same height as a typical chair but I find the ottoman size to be perfect. I like that I can put my feet on top with my knees bent and curl up with a book as well as stretch my legs out and have the ottoman work perfectly for that as well. My children also love to sit on them at the coffee table which we knew would also be a large portion of their use. The filling does not seem like it will be coming out. The poufs have an inner liner of a durable canvas type material in a color matching the yarn. It seems as though that would be durable against the stuffing leaking. We have had no problem with that yet. They do settle and "flatten" slightly after a good amount of use but just like couch cushions and throw pillows I fluff then and they round back out. Function is there 100% and has the look I really wanted. Absolutely love them and would order again!! 5
