    Use every week, perfect size and adaptable for more toppingsI'll update this with a photo as soon as I remember to take one! This is the perfect size, I'm surprised by the negative reviews as I use mine multiple times a week and it's a generous amount of salad and toppings. And by only filling the salad to the point where the top compartment rests, you actually have room to mix in your salad dressing and toppings without bits flying out and onto the table and floor.I actually use the included dressing container for my vitamins every day and store separately in my lunch bag (see below for what I use for dressing), and instead opt to use the top three compartments for grape/cherry tomatoes cut in half (larger compartment), shredded cheese (medium compartment) and Trader Joe's Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds (small compartment). The almonds stay crisp even when I prep my salad the night before and pop in the fridge. I add organic baby greens to the bottom, up to the point where the top compartment rests, and everything fits together beautifully.For dressing I use one of the small containers of this set: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XF2LYNB/ "Rubbermaid LunchBlox Leak-Proof Entree Lunch Container Kit, Large, Blue 2000665". It fits the larger amount of dressing I like and has it's own separate blue ice block to keep it cold. Perhaps you'll like the dressing container that's included if you use less, but if you opt not to note you can use that compartment for an additional topping! I'm eating salad more often with this and I'm pretty pleased with how it functions. Highly recommend.5Perfect size and portioning optionsI have great eating habits at home and even when I go out, but I am REALLY bad about my food intake at work. I either eat way too little because I don't bring a lunch (or scoff at the freezer meal I picked out), or I eat junk food. I bought one of these to help and I plan on buying more. It is the perfect size, and doesn't need to be limited to salads. The top portioned container has plenty of space, and the bottom container is very spacious. I am looking forward to replacing a number of my current plastic storage containers with a few of these!!5Too small and not versatile enough.I ended up returning this. My daughter has some of the other lunch kits, and I was looking forward to having my own for salad.Problems:It's smaller than I expected. The bin for salad is not that big once you put the top on.There is only one green lid, so you *have* to put the little topping bins on top of the salad bin.The dressing container is very small.The green lid does not fit on the toppings lid, only on the salad bin. That is, if there was another lid, you could stack them a different way and make more room for greens.This basically can hold a dinner salad and toppings. If you want a HUGE salad, like I do, this is not for you.2No More Soggy SaladI purchased this after getting the Entree Kit - I bring salads to work all the time and I am always struggling to find a container small enough to carry the salad dressing. My option was bringing the container of salad dressing to work but you know how that goes when you leave something in the refrigerator at work or using a small mason jar. However, both options did not work out because fellow employees helped themselves to the dressing and the mason jar broke. The dressing container provided is big enough to hold the right amount of salad dressing for me and it does not spill out. I cannot relate to the other reviewers who experienced the dressing spilling out. Also you are provided with a removable container which can hold other toppings which can render your salad soggy by the time you are ready to dig in. I love blue cheese, avocado and sliced pear in my salads and all these items will make your mixed greens soggy.I use the sandwich container of this set to bring a sandwich to have with my salad. There is no going wrong with this salad kit and the portion control is fabulous.5Just okJust ok. Like everyone else said, it's really small. I knew it was small when I ordered it so I'm not going to dock a ton of stars. I can live with it. I made a salad for lunch and it was enough for me. Cant fit a ton of toppings in the insert. I like a lot of toppings in my salad too. They offer any easy way to keep your lunch organized and cool before your meal. Furthermore, they don't leak! This particular product, the Salad Kit, seems to have gotten a lot of negative reviews here on Amazon, primarily because many people believe it to be too small. However, if the container were much larger, wouldn't it be difficult to fit into a lunch bag and cart around to work or school? I cannot personally rate this product poorly, and I am normally quite critical of any ill-designed product. Over time, I have started taking chopped salads for lunch, which fit very nicely into a container this size. For my needs, it is great.5Happy salad - compact and coolI really like this for a lunch salad. I have seen some reviews saying that this is small for a salad. I like that the box is compact but in my opinion it holds a lot (And I am not a small eater). I think how much the bottom holds would depend on if you used more lofty greens, like Romaine. That said, I put the dressing on the side and fill all of the top containers with toppings of the day, like grilled chicken, nuts, fruit, dried fruit, veggies, cheese, etc. I fill the bottom with spinach or field greens usually with some shredded carrots and broccoli shreds, and I usually push them down a slight bit.At lunch time I dump in the top contents, add some dressing, replace the lid and do a quick shake to toss it all together. Most important, and part of why I like this so much, is that the ice block can fit on the top, near the toppings. That keeps your toppings nice and cool but also keeps it from sliding down and frost biting your greens.5Good for storage but smaller than I hopedI know the dimensions are listed in the description, but I was still expecting these to be a bit bigger. I prep salads for myself at the beginning of each week so I can just grab one from the fridge before work each morning, so I ordered 5 of them. They stack nicely, fit into a drawer for storage perfectly, but I do wish they were a bit taller. The insert for the toppings takes up a good amount of room, so the greens really have to be packed down tightly in order to fit a good sized salad in, which makes eating it pretty difficult since the ingredients just fit into the container once everything is put together. Overall, I like them and will keep them, but I'm hoping Rubbermaid makes and XL version sometime in the future.4Functional but smallThis is a cute little salad container.
